In addition to the two sumptuous master suites, there are four tastefully appointed bedrooms and a fully equipped lakeside office for the executive who needs to keep in touch while on vacation. 

Located Upstirs are 2 Master Bedroom Suites each with King Size Beds, Jacuzzi and Shower. Guest Bedroom with King Size Bed. Guest Bedroom with Queen Size Bed & one Twin bed. Guest Bedroom with Bunk Bed and one Twin Bed. For additional guests there is a Queen Sofa Bed in an Alcove and an office which can be converted to a 7th bedroom, also has a Queen size Futon.

There is also one additional bedroom downstairs with a King-sized bed and full private bathroom

With the recent installation of the world's finest Runco in-home theater equipment in the entertainment room and master bedroom, there is never a dull evening. During winter months, the silent in-floor heating system keeps toes perfectly warm.

Over one hundred and twenty feet of lush green lawn stretch into the silky sand beach and beyond into the crystal waters of Lake Tahoe making summer a great time to visit, while the ice-skating on neighborhood channels, close proximity to skiing and a three car garage provide ample reasons to visit Tahoe in winter. 

Although once you arrive you may not want to leave the house, situated in the center of all there is to enjoy in Tahoe.   It is located just minutes from casinos and nightlife, Heavenly ski resort, and many great restaurants. It is also located just four homes away from it's proud and meticulous owner/operator whose personal attentions are most appreciated by guests.
