The villa, from the beginning of the last century, has maintained most of the furnishings and old decorations, and has integrated them well with all the comforts of modern technology.
All of the rooms are equipped with air-conditioning, TV with DVD player, safe deposit box, telephone, small stereo in the bathroom, and the living areas have Hi-Fi, plasma TV with DVD player and Sky satellite.
The large garden is completely enclosed and looks onto the Gulf of Naples, and consists of the swimming pool area with sunbathing terrace, two large panoramic terraces with garden furniture and various relaxation areas.
The domestics are always present in the villa and besides the daily cleaning of the villa, also see to the preparation of breakfast, lunch and dinner, with various different menus to be chosen on the premises. Please note personal use of the kitchen by guests is not possible.
You may, at an extra charge, have the use of a car with driver, laundry service, transfer from the airport, and of a sailing boat or motor boat. There is a fenced parking area within the villa.
On the Ground Level at garden level there is a reception area consisting of large salon with fireplace with access to the furnished terrace on the same level and to the garden, a second small living room, a winter garden, the dining room, a studio (with fax, printer, photocopier, computer), and 1 WC.
On the First Floor there is a sleeping area ideally divided into two large suites, the blue area has two communicating twin bedrooms with a shared bathroom equipped with a hydromassage bath; the red area has a double bedroom with en suite bathroom and a twin bedroom with bathroom with shower.
In the Annex there is a large bedroom/living-room looking onto the garden, 1 large en-suite bathroom and a terrace on top with sunbathing area.
In the basement area of the villa is the domestic staff living area consisting of the kitchen with goods lift which communicates with all the floor levels, laundry, larder, wine-cellar, apartment for the resident personnel who speak english, as well as a single bedroom with bathroom for a private domestic.
