Turkey Farmhouse 9781 has been built in an ancient style, but offers all the modern conveniences.

With its 50 cm thick stone walls and roof tiles, the house is well insulated as an old cottage would traditionally be. Keeping it nice and cool in summer and warm in winter.

The farmhouse is two stories high, fashioned as an old style stone building (250 square meters).

With 6 sleeping rooms each with two beds, ensuite WC and shower, air-conditioning and floor heating.

The ground floor has a living room of 45 square meters with a dining area, two separate relaxing sofa groups, fireplace, floor heating, satellite TV and CD stereo system.

The living room opens directly to the swimming pool (5 x 8).

The First floor has another living room with a comfortable sofa group along with fireplace. This room has office facilities with fax, telephone, PC and internet connection.

The kitchen has direct access to the garden. It is equipped with oven, microwave, deep freezer, dish washer and refrigerator.

A few steps from the swimming pool, there is a large veranda, which is partly open and partly covered, providing a good sitting area for barbecues, or for relaxing and enjoying a cool glass of wine whilst soaking up the peaceful atmosphere, with the beautiful view of the Bitez valley.

There is a 12.000 sq. meter garden with olive trees, citrus trees, farm animals, local flora.

There is also a neighbouring garden of 18.000 square meters with wine yard.

The farm can be reached by a natural stream bed, dry during the period of May – November and running for the rest of the year, still giving possibility to get home.

The house is built in 12.000 sq mtrs area; neighbouring an additional 18.000 sq mtrs land belonging to the same owners, part of them covered with olive and citrus trees and a vineyard.

The owners also offer their own sailing yacht for the ones who would like to experience sailing and swimming in the crystal clear waters of the Aegean Sea, “The Sea of Gods and Goddesses”.
