Access is from the road that links all of the Amalfi Coast.

One enters via a large gate that leads to the car park, then up a short flight of steps, leading straight into the large flower garden that goes down all the way to the large terrace that surrounds the upper part of the villa, where you will find the kitchen and outside dining area.

The opposite side points out over the sea, with a beautiful view of the promontory of Praiano.

Then you go down to the terrace below, still with a beautiful view, and from there to the private sea water swimming pool and towards the private path down to the sea.

The villa is situated on three floors: the first includes the kitchen with access from the outside, the open air dining area and the internal dining room.

The next floor, up a flight of stairs, opens onto a large living room with an old Vietri ceramic floor, with satellite TV and fireplace.

Finally, up another internal flight of stairs, you come to the sleeping area with the 8 bedrooms, each with private bathroom and with air conditioning.

The furnishings are excellent quality and include antiques.

The villa is equipped with dishwasher, washing machine, stereo with CD player.

Also from the Ground Floor there is a large panoramic terrace with outside dining area from which you access the internal dining room, kitchen with access only from the outside and adjoining the dining area.

The lower Ground Floor also offers access to the second terrace.

The sleeping area has 6 double bedrooms each with bathroom with shower, and 2 twin bedrooms each with bathroom with shower.

The price includes a cleaning service during the week of 4 hours a day, 6 days a week by personnel who live in a separate part of the property, and bath linen change twice a week.
