Tuscany Coast Villa 7998 is a renowned aristocratic seaside villa located near Donoratico on the Tyrrhenian coast, separated from its semi-private beach by a few metres of dunes and Mediterranean brush.
The Medieval town of Bolgheri is just a 15 minute drive away.
The Villa stands in a vast agricultural and hunting estate which extends for hundreds of hectares making it a truly unique seaside property for the entire Tuscan coast.
Guests staying at here will not only have the benefit of the beach, a stone’s throw from the villa, but also the space and tranquillity of the surrounding estate, ideal for peaceful walks in the pine forest, bicycle rides and great horse back riding.
It won’t be uncommon for guests to see deer, wild boars, rabbits, pheasants and other fauna. On the beach guests will enjoy a covered beach cabin and plenty of sun loungers.
There is also a tennis court with artificial grass.
The villa is impeccably furnished with screened bedroom windows and beautiful sea views.
There is a spacious summer veranda for outdoor dining.
The villa is serviced by full time staff consisting of two maids and an expert cook, making a stay here a most relaxing experience.
On the Main floor from the ground level there is an internal stairway that leads up to the main floor of the villa. To the right a dining room leads into a conservatory used as breakfast room. Straight on is a spacious living room with windows opening onto the front terrace overlooking the sea. Further on to the left a sitting room with fireplace and TV opening to a veranda to the side.
To the back is the kitchen, a laundry room and a service bathroom.
A marble internal stairway leads up to the first floor where you will find five bedrooms in total. Three to the front have windows overlooking the sea.
Of these three, two twin bedrooms (one with walk in closet) share a bathroom with tub, and another twin has its en-suite bathroom with tub.
On the left and right hand side there are two further twin bedrooms both with their en suite bathrooms with tub.
Four of the five bedrooms can be converted into double beds, and all tubs have telephone showers.
