The Estate sleeps a maximum of 12 people. There are 4 Double Bedrooms, 1 bedroom with 2 twin beds. An additional Staff bedroom with 2 twin beds can be used by special arrangement with owner. The mansion is surrounded by an exquisite tropical garden with manicured lawns and a heated outdoor pool and a small bath house. The views are breathtaking and privacy is guaranteed. The entrance hall leads into a beautifully furnished, very large living and dining room with an open fireplace, stone floor and wood paneled ceiling. The superb kitchen is fully equipped and opens into a delightful patio with terrace and barbecue, perfect for outdoor meals. The master bedroom with ensuite bathroom and dressing room is located in the west wing. There is also a guest bedroom with 2 twin beds and bathroom. Staff quarters are located in this wing as well. Through a courtyard on the east wing there are three king size bedrooms each with bathrooms, each bed can be turned into 2 twin beds if needed. The access to the beach is a very pleasant five minute walk down amongst trees and manicured lawns. Amenities include: Fully air conditioned. Central heating. Telephone. Fax. Satellite TV. Reservation includes a maid who can do light cooking as well as laundry and ironing, also there is a gardener to keep the place absolutely pristine. A chef is available at additional cost. Arrangement can be made with the hotel next door for the use of the tennis courts within five minutes walking distance. The hotel also has it´s own gym and health club with Turkish bath. This villa is located in Balaia, 5 km east of Albufeira. Vilamoura 15 km. Faro International Airport is 25 km away (30 minute drive). Supermarkets, Restaurants, Clubs all within 1 km away. Golf Course 15 Km. Casinos 15 km. Marinas 6 km. Horse back Riding 12 km. Water sports nearby. A car is necessary and can be rented. No domestic animals. No Children under 8 years old. The garden area is not safe as it ends in a ravine, with a very steep drop off. Therefore it's unsuitable for safety reasons. Minimum 2 week stay rental.
