Mayan riviera Villa 7894 is located on what boasts to be the most beautiful beach in the Caribbean, its white powdery beach and wide streches for walking.
On this magnificent beach lies the luxurious private estate with 3 seperate cottages, swimming pool, jungle and miles of ocean in front.
The Main House has 5 bedrooms in all. On the Lower level there is a large Living Room, Dining Room with seating up to 25, a fully equipped Kitchen, guest bathroom, and laundry room.
On the lower level there are 2 Double Bedrooms each with Bathroom and spacious walk in closets, and air conditioning.
Upstairs there is the Main Master Suite that offers 2 terraces, one faces the ocean, the other faces the Jungle to the rear, fully equipped with 2 Bathrooms (His and Hers), plus a Jacuzzi, and air conditioning.
Also on this floor there is another Master Bedroom Suite and a Double Bedroom each with a Double Bathroom, and air conditioning.
The Guest House has 3 bedrooms in all. Offering a Living Room/Dining Room area, plus Kitchen. 2 Double Bedroom Suites each with bathroom and walk in closets.
The Guest House Master Bedroom is actually a Duplex Apartment offering seperate living room with stairs leading up to the Bedroom with ensuite Bathroom, all rooms fully air conditioned.
There is a Palapa Bar located down by the beach. This is a fully equipped cottage with Living Room, Dining Room, Kitchen, 2 Bathrooms with showers and a small bedroom with 2 small day beds for resting privately on the beach. Plus the magnificent Swimming Pool.

This villa was designed to appeal to those who value healthy outdoor activities such as swimming, snorkeling, scuba diving, hiking and jogging, but who also desire the comfort and enjoyment of beautiful surroundings, or you can just relax around the pool with a good book.
Located 15 minutes from Playa del Carmen, one of the most fashionable spots. As you walk the circular path through the jungle and past the cenote you will catch a glimpse of several colorful birds. In Playa Del Carmen you can also find their Fishing Center with fishing charters, snorkeling trips, pleasure trips, and yacht rentals.
Xcaret is only 10 minutes north, there you can swim in the river with the dolphins, see a "Charreria" -which is a Mexico horse show, explore the Butterfly Pavilion or the Botanical Gardens. "Xcaret At Night" is a sound and light show depicting Mayan rituals and traditions.
Tulum is 20 minutes away and is an amazing archaeological site on Mexico's Caribbean coast, built on top of the cliffs, it used to be the Mayan's main port.
At Coba you can climb the highest pyramid in the Yucatan. The walk through the jungle to this site is beautiful giving you a chance to see the jungle wildlife.
At Chichen Itza, here you can see the sound and light show at the ruins at night.
Cozumel is only a 30 minute boat ride from Playa del Carmen. At Cozumel you will find one of the best snorkeling and scuba diving areas in all of Mexico.
Cancun is a 45 minute drive from the villa and has world class shopping.
The estate is located on 50 acres of private gardens and jungle with 1000 feet of oceanfront. It is only 55 miles south of Cancun, 15 minutes from 2 of the Mayan Ruins, 15 minutes from 2 Golf Courses. In Playa De Carmen, which is 45 minutes South of Cancun.
Full Staff of 10, includes cook (haute cuisine) and a barbecue chef, maids, grounds and pool maintenance. Separate staff house on the estate.
