It has views along Takapuna’s golden beach, and out across the sparkling water to the remarkable symmetry of Rangitoto Island. Inside this well-appointed vacation home, guests relax in total luxury. The spacious living areas and modern kitchen provide superb opportunities to entertain friends and guests, as does the huge indoor spa area. Accommodations include 3 double bedrooms all with cable TV and video, indoor spa and conservatory, private gardens, fax and phone, individual climate control, and comprehensive security system. Additional services available include chef on request and 65 ft Yacht by negotiation. Linked to this villa are two beachside cottages. These are available for support staff or as separate accommodation. The beachside cottages offer spacious, fully self contained accommodation for the family on transfer, holidays, or travelers seeking a home away from home. Adjacent to Takapuna Beach, each cottage is able to accommodate 4 people. The two separate cottages with elegant decor were completely refurbished in 1999. Each cottage has a lounge, full kitchen, bathroom with bath and shower, laundry and two double bedrooms with king size beds. The beachside cottages have private grounds with barbecue facilities, and have shared use of a heated swimming pool and spa.

Location: Takapuna, on Auckland’s North Shore, is only 10 minutes from the city center via Harbor Bridge, but still manages to maintain a relaxed seaside lifestyle. The beach is recognized as one of the regions finest, and provides safe swimming, sail boat hire and miles of glorious sand for walking or jogging.
Some of Auckland’s most exclusive real estate lines the beachfront, and behind the million dollar homes a cafe and bar scene has developed to cater for the discerning residents. Guests who want to eat out can choose from over 32 restaurants.
