The third bedroom has 1 king size bed; and the fourth has two queen size beds.

There is also a separate private master bedroom suite located off the courtyard with 1 king size beds and an additional queen size bed can be added if needed.

A long front corridor offers lush views of tropical gardens from walled courtyard gardens outside. Bananas, mangos, papayas, palms, plumeria, and hibiscus around. Courtyard and other wrought-iron gates are lockable for privacy and security.

The house provides every possible amenity: A gourmet kitchen appointed with sub-Zero and Viking appliances, Kholer sinks with Euro-style Grohe fixtures, and a large pearl blue granite center island. Additional amenities include two separate direct TV systems, VCR, CD unit with remote speakers, and telephone and fax system. Bedrooms feature highest quality plush platform mattresses and blackout draperies. Daily maid and caretaker services are provided.
