This estate consists of two buildings, the main villa and a small cottage, as well as another building that contains the dining room, billiard room, and kitchen.

On the south and east sides of the estate there are sitting and living rooms.

In the cottage one will find two bedrooms, which is above the garage.

The main part of the estate is located down the hill, over the bridge, and over a stream.

Along side this there is the tennis court, which is great for playing in the evening time.

On the east end of the tennis court there lies a courtyard with ruins of original mud farmhouses.

Following the path down the hill you will pass over a large pond, where the main villa is located.

When first entering the estate one might notice the beautiful contemporary design with Balinese paintings in the dining room, with a wooden table that seats 10.

Below this is the billiard room, containing a full size imported table.

These two rooms look over the gorgeous landscape and pool.

Next to the billiard room, below the dining room, is the kitchen. The kitchen is designed with stainless steel and tiled counter tops. It is fully equipped with many appliances.

There is an outdoor living / dining room, which contains low teak table and lounge chairs. This room has a spectacular view over the river and jungle terrain.

Underneath this is another studio room with magnificent views and very private. In this room there is a dining area and lounge, 1 king size bed and en suite bath with a Jacuzzi spa bath and shower.

On the northeast corner of the estate are the master and second bedrooms. The master bedroom has a deck surrounded by trees and a wonderful view of the river. This room contains a luxurious large 4-post bed with ancient paintings hanging on the walls. While sleeping you can hear the sound of the rushing river. The ensuite bathroom is larger than the other bathrooms in the villa and contains a large Jacuzzi tub with a massage table. Also has an outdoor shower with an small garden.

The second bedroom has an en-suite bathroom and is right next to a marvelous lotus pond. A gorgeous large living room is found in this house as well as a veranda and private dining area.

In the guest bungalow there are an additional two extra bedrooms. The bungalow sits in between the main house and the central dining buildings.

The vibrant lotus pond and fountains gives the house a pleasureful cool atmosphere by being located at either frame of the building.

All bedrooms are ensuite and identical to the master except for the jacuzzi. Air conditioning refreshes the bedrooms as well.

The meditation bale has an Oriental ambience with soft floor cushions surrounding a massive low table for seating which is located to the south. This area is also perfect for dining pervading a refreshing breeze and a view of roaring river rapids and a natural waterfall one will never forget.

Below the south bale there is a movie theater, which is soundproofed. This room can also double as a conference room or a small disco.

The splendid swimming pool sits in the center of the villa. This heated pool is perfect for those cool dry nighs, which is very unique to Bali. With its cross shaped design it accommodates with a swim out lounge and play areas on either side for the ultimate in recreational use. This pool can also be a lap pool with a size of 20 meters in length.

Bordering the pool you will find surrounding stone an grass terrace with sun loungers and a stone chess table for the chess enthusiasts.

The main complex has 5 bedrooms but the villa can actually host a total of 14 people if the lovely guest cottages are in use.
