This marvelous property on two levels is situated on the western coast of Morocco, overlooking the Spartan headland, 15 km from Tanger.
In front is the ocean, behind are the mountains and the umbrella pines of the cape’s dominant forest. Built in 1990 by the very best craftsmen from Tetouant, Fez and Rabat, the property has more than 600 sq. m. of living area set in 1 hectare of maintained walled gardens sprinkled with flowers. The swimming pool is 12 x 6 m and heated while the abundant patios and terraces offer a shady spot to read or simply relax. Interior: Ground floor: Large living room, library, small lounge, dining room, all of which are extended by patios of mosaic design, decorated with flowers and a fountain. The furnishings are intelligently chosen, the decoration careful down to the smallest detail: the lighting, choice of ornaments, and the works of art make it an exceptional place. First floor: 7 bedrooms, six of which have large beds and one has twin beds, the master bedroom on the first floor has a breathtaking view of the ocean, 6 bathrooms. The house can be rented with a personnel of 6: chauffeur, maitre d’hotel, reputed chef, maid, maintenance man, warden, gardener, sailor driving a ‘boston whaler’ available for fishing. Two cars are put at guests disposal. Location: Tanger: 15 km. Guests will be met from the airport at Tanger.
