The villa is within walking distance of the famous Tanah Lot temple and the new "Le Meridien Nirvana Resort and Spa" which offers several well known gourmet restaurants, a number of exceptional free form swimming pools with exciting water slides, a marine spa, beauty salon, several tennis and squash courts, a fitness center, and a kiddies club.
One of only three private golf carts makes exploring the huge resort easy.
Built to the highest standards, using all natural materials, stone and marble, this villa consists of two 2 story buildings both levels of which are connected by walkways.
Between the two buildings there is a lily pond and a fountain.
There are three air conditioned bedrooms, a spacious air conditioned living and dining room, and a large airy upstairs terrace overlooking the golf course and the sea.
In addition to the small private pool set in the tropical garden with a gazebo in front of the master suite, guests of this villa enjoy free access to the stunning swimming pools (kids love the water slides), gourmet restaurants, and all beauty and health facilities of the "Le Meridien Nirvana Resort and Spa" a short walk away.
The Entrance Building houses on the ground floor the spacious and very comfortably furnished air conditioned living and dining room, kitchen, staff quarters and the garage for your private golf cart.
On the upper floor is one bedroom with one king size bed, ensuite bathroom and a large balcony, and a second bedroom with two single beds and ensuite bathroom.
The whole ground floor of the Garden Building is occupied by the spacious Master Suite with one king size four poster bed, walk-in wardrobe, and a luxurious bathroom with separate shower and bath tub.
Both bedroom and bathroom open to the garden with the private pool.
The whole upper floor of this building is occupied by the open air living and dining area with large, comfortable sofas and a dining table.
The views of the golf course and the ocean beyond are magnificent – not only during Bali's spectacular sunsets.
All bedrooms are air-conditioned although the cool breezes mean this is often not required.
Built in wardrobes, beautiful furniture and decorative items complete all bedrooms.
Kitchen and pantry are fully equipped with crockery, cutlery, stove, refrigerator, etc.
The house staff includes a maid and cook who can prepare tasty meals.
Gardeners, pool attendant, and night security guards are provided by the resort.
The use of an air conditioned car with driver for up to 10 hours per day is included in our rental rates.
