Switzerland Chalet 6643 is a spacious home. This beautiful, private family home is situated in Bluche on the very edge of Crans-Montana. Built in 1956, its open log fires, stripped wooden floors, oil paintings and antiques bring character and warmth to rival any Alpine chalet.
Recently refurbished, the chalet combines tradition with comfort. A heated south facing balcony allows you to enjoy the views across the Rhone valley. A new out door Jacuzzi offers a surprisingly comfortable experience at the end of a long day. If you love chalets, but do not want to be less comfortable than at home, stay here.
The seperate dining room lends atmosphere to the evening dinner party. Once a week (as an option) the Carnotzet acts as a second dining room for a raclette party. Under candlelight, the smell of melting raclette cheese in the open fire, accompanied by local cured and smoked meats, with Valais wine, offers you a truly local evening.
The Carnotzet doubles as the second sitting room for the children. Fitted with cable TV; children’s videos, cards, board games, puzzels and toys, children are content for many hours. From experience the children have also been keen to have their breakfast and tea here.
Offering 6 double bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms, four with south facing balconies, five of the bedrooms can be made up as twin rooms.
One twin bedroom with washbasin, one single room, one bunk room, and a seperate power shower, handbasin, and WC. One single bed in the library with hand basin.
All the doubles are 6’x6”6” and bedrooms are equipped with bathrobes, slippers, towels, and hairdryers. The bathrooms have a basket of accessories.
This fully catered chalet has a team of five and two housekeepers. The chalet manager heads the team and with the aid of his assistant, the chalets chef, ski guide and in house beauty therapist, your every whim will be taken care off.
Two private chauffered vehicles are available for clients use.
