Pertshire Castle 6614 is a fine 18th century Scottish castle, standing within its own 700 acre estate and private grounds that is accessed via the sweeping gravel drive and is surrounded by lawns, rhododendrons and woodlands.
With its magnificent "Gone with the Wind" staircase within the hall and well proportioned reception rooms with open fires, there is a feel of stylish hospitality and grandeur.
Whilst there is one ground floor bedroom available for those with limited mobility, the main accommodation is upstairs.
The house is ideal for holidays, family gatherings and small weddings, as well as being centrally located only one hour away from Edinburgh.
The property has been chosen as a holiday home by many famous personalities, including Liam Neeson, John Hurt, and as an agency we had particular pleasure of booking in Kate Moss, Jude Law and a number of other well known celebrities - and it is easy to see why they choose to come.
From the relaxed setting to the deep and traditional baths, it offers the chance to experience a holiday in a fine Scottish country house with roaring log fires, deep sofas and rich furnishings in comfort and privacy.

For weekly lets, a laundry room, with commercial washing machine and dryer, is available for use on Monday and Wednesday.

This castle is suitable for religious weddings only. Weddings can take place on self catering bookings for up to the capacity of the house without a facility fee. Weddings can take place with a reception and buffet for up to 40 people maximum – and a facility fee will be applied. Self catering bookings with weddings/receptions for up to 40 people can be taken and the catering can be organised by the group.
