A stunning 3 story villa on the top of the Mountain overlooking the sea. The location offers a 180 degree view of the ocean and islands. This is an ideal place to rest in complete comfort and privacy, however, most eccentric. 100 meters from the house a funicular takes you down to three mile long Ixtapa beach.

The four bedrooms include three master bedroom and one double bedroom. All with terraces, air conditioning, and complete bathrooms.

The villa comes with an excellent cook for Mexican and international cuisine, butler and maid. Upon request, a menu is provided in advance so that when you arrive to the house a meal (dinner, lunch and breakfast) will be waiting for your party. Groceries and beverages are not included in the price.

There is one indoor dinning room for 10 to 12 people, and one outdoor dinning room with additional bar & BBQ area. The kitchen has a seperate breakfast area with terrace.

Other amenities include a 36 foot heated private swimming pool, sun deck, linens, towels, and laundry.

The weather is warm and exquisite. The fishing is abundaant. Most water sports can be practiced.

A small chevy is included (5 persons) to help you with groceries, also some books, videos, cds, and board games.

A chauffer driven van can be supplied to take you from the plane to the house and from the house to the plane.
