The First floor offers Five double bedrooms, each with private bathroom.

The Garden level offers a Bow-shaped rustic bar. Three double bedrooms, each with private bathroom (two are wheelchair accessible), one twin bedroom with private bathroom. The separate Pavilion Suite can accommodate two adults and has an en suite Jacuzzi.

All bedrooms have TV, video, hair dryer and direct dial telephone. Fax and internet facilities available by request. Heating and electricity are included in rent. House let with or without staff. Resident cordon bleu chef and other staff available at extra cost. Damage security deposit payable on arrival.

For additional guests over 20, the estate's courtyard has two Victorian mews. Each comprises of two king-size bedrooms, with en suite Jacuzzi. An elegant staircase leads to a marbled hall, cloakroom, kitchen, dining room and drawing room with Regency stove. They are furnished throughout with antiques and have under-floor heating and overlook the Palladian fountain.

Amenities in the area include 3 great golf courses, including Ballyconneely. Salmon and trout fishing on lakes Corrib, Mask and Cara. Coarse fishing on Lough Hackett. Fox hunting with the North Galway and Galway Blazers (in season) and horse-riding arranged.
