Architecturally designed and painted a warm terra cotta color, the houses have many traditional Moroccan features.
They have been the subject of several interior design magazines as well as locations for film productions. The facilities are ideal for holidays with family or friends, special celebrations, or corporate events. Each house is surrounded by a large lawned garden with date palms, citrus and olive trees, flowering shrubs and a heated swimming pool and tennis court. The interiors are stunning with mosaics, traditional Moroccan rugs and fabrics, paintings, and antique furniture. House Morocco 3025 is perhaps more typically Moroccan in style, while Ouardaia has a lighter ambiance, resonant of a Mediterranean villa. From the verandahs and terraces, there are spectacular countryside as far as the Atlas Mountains. All meals and beverages are included in the rental price, and there is a choice of French or Moroccan cuisine. In season, fruits from the garden are available, and the estate’s olive trees provide the olive oil. There is an exceptionally friendly staff of five per property who will cater to every need. Additional facilities include a masseur, a professional guide and entertainment by traditional musicians. There is a fax machine and an equipped meeting room for conferences. A variety of excursions can be organized during your stay, including a tour of the palm groves by camel, a day tour including an outdoor lunch, or a visit to the medinqa and shopping in the souks of Marrakech. Ground Floor: Entrance hall with central spiral staircase to first floor. Cloakroom. Spacious drawing and sitting room. Doors to shaded terraces and garden. Dining, kitchen, staff quarters. First Floor: Living room, overlooking the garden and the Atlas Mountains in the distance. Master bedroom suite with dressing room, bathroom and private entrance. Double and twin bedroom (could be used as a suite with sitting room) sharing a bathroom/WC. Doors to roof terrace with sun loungers and 360 degree views of the Palmeraie and Atlas Mountains. Upper Level: Double bedroom with en suite shower room and covered seating/dining area. The pool is heated and has a Turkish bath/WC and covered seating dining area.

House Morocco 3025 consists of two completely independent houses located at the heart of the palm groves of Marrakech, an oasis of calm and greenery just 18 minutes drive from the center of the city. All rates quoted do not include local taxes, security deposits, staff, and in some cases utilities and linens.
