The Main Villa is a spacious 5 Bedroom and 5 bathroom, complete with beachside patios, balconies, and its own private pool with a patio.

There is a long grand entrance driveway to bring you to the house itself. At the entrance, there is a guard house where the staff live. There is a palapa-covered parking area big enough for two cars.

The home is very warm and luxurious. The unique tile work and natural elements like raw wood achieve a unique, beautiful style.

The sunken living area is in the center of the house. One of Cozumel΄s finest artistswas commissioned to provide the artwork throughout the house. The interior designer chose many Maya and Mexican pieces as well to accent the mood and style of the house.

There is a great stereo system with indoor and outdoor speakers. CD,Satellite television, VCR too. Telephone for local calls and low cost direct dial long distance as well. There is also Hi Speed Internet Connection, so bring along your laptop.

The dining room is raised and overlooks the pool area towards the beach, and has no wall to separate it from the living area. The dining room table can accommodate 8 guests.

The kitchen sits back on the other side of the dining room. A breakfast bar in the adjacent kitchen can accommodate another 4 guests. There is also a double futon bed in this area.

Upstairs has three bedrooms, one with queen-size and the other two with king-size beds.

The master bedroom has a huge bathroom with double sinks in the center of the room and large outside double shower. The designer used beautiful hand-painted tiles as well as modern tiles. Stereo and television in the master bedroom

The second bedroom with king sized bed overlooks the jungle. It has its own private bathroom and balcony overlooking the jungle.

The third bedroom has a queen sized bed, sea views and a balcony. It also has its own private bathroom.

Downstairs there are 2 bedrooms.

The fourth bedroom has two double beds overlooks the long winding road that leads to the entrance of the house. It has its own bathroom. This bedroom enjoys its own private patio area accented by the natural rock filled fountain in the entrance of the house.

The fifth bedroom on this floor is bright and cheerful. It has sea views and access to the pool area through sliding glass doors. It has a queen sized bed and is served by a half bath off the hallway.

The Roof Is One Big Deck! The architect has incorporated the roof to provide a deck area perfect for viewing the breathtaking sunsets. There is a rustic wooden rail to contain the roof area. This is a nice place for sunset drinks.

The Pool is right on the beach! On the north side of the pool area there is a wooden deck covered with a palapa and long planter filled with beautiful tropical plants.

The Guest Villa has 5 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms with its own private freshwater pool. It has been designed to take full advantage of its spectacular location.

With multiple balconies and thatched roof palapas (gazebos) you'll be able to take in the splendor of your surroundings both in and out of the tropic sun. There's even a 2 person tub on the 3rd floor balcony.

The house itself has been divided into 2 sections each with its own kitchen and living room. The dining room, living room and kitchen have stunning ocean views and are all open so it's a great place for family and friends to gather.

Both sections of the home open onto the patio and figure 8 freshwater pool. A "waterfall" trickles over a cascade of stones and into the pool.

The south section has 2 levels. On the first floor is the crescent shaped living room and dining area that open onto the pool and terrace. On this level you will also find the kitchen and a half bath.

Both the South section and the North section have full kitchens. The owner is somewhat of a gourmet chef, so the kitchens are very well equipped. This is a convenient feature when you have a large group.

The Master Bedroom is located in the North Section on the 3rd floor, this bedroom has a sea view, king sized bed, private balcony and private bathroom. It also has direct access to the 3rd floor terrace with it's own palm-thatched gazebo.

On the North Section 2nd floor is Bedroom #2, this bedroom also has sea view, king-sized bed and balcony. It shares a bathroom with the North Section Bedroom # 3.

North Section Bedroom # 3 offers a wonderful sea view and 2 twin beds and a balcony.

The South Section Bedroom # 4 is located on the 2nd floor, this bedroom has a king sized bed and sea view. It shares a bathroom with South Section Bedroom # 5.

South Section Bedroom # 5 has a partial sea view and 2 twin beds.

After working up a tan on the white sand beach, snorkeling or diving in the pristine deep blue of the gorgeous ocean, or spending a mellow day enjoying the villas many amenities, you'll find the end to a perfect day will be relaxing on one of the villas terraces as you take in perhaps the most beautiful sunset ever witnessed.

The sandy beach goes on for miles and miles. The beach clubs along this shore line are open to the public and offer many water sports. The most famous of these beach clubs is the San Francisco Beach Club, just about 100 meters south of the house. They offer jet ski rentals, row boats, and exotic tropical drinks. They welcome guests.

You will be in heaven just relaxing outdoors by the oceanfront freshwater swimming pool. A short walk down the sandy beach is San Francisco restaurant and Paradise Beach. You can walk for miles on beautiful, soft, white sand lapped by turquoise Caribbean water.
