An extraordinary home with superb ocean views, spacious interiors and lavish appointments. You will be absolutely content just relaxing outdoors by the oceanfront freshwater swimming pool. However, you may need to stay in touch with the real world too. For that reason the villa has provided you with High Speed Internet access and 802.11b access (Wi-Fi Hot Spot) for pool side web surfing. Bring your laptop. The Wi -Fi signal covers the main level including the great room, terraces, swimming pool area. To connect to the internet your laptop should either be wi-fi enabled or have an ethernet port & its own short ethernet cable. Additionaly a computer, with high speed connection is provided in the Library. Dial-up service is not available.
The spacious sea view living room (over 700 square feet)has a beautiful and traditional sloping thatched roof with a protected opening at the top for ventilation, which, combined with sea breeze, makes the living room quite cool, even in the summer. There is a stereo CD system in the living room and a television (who needs one with this view). There are also ceiling fans throughout the house.
The living room has a 14 foot long couch and plenty of tables and chairs. It has a beautiful and traditional sloping thatched roof with a protected opening at the top for ventilation, which, combined with sea breeze, makes the living room quite cool, even in the summer.
The dining room is located next to the living room. Like the living room it has a traditional thatched roof with a protected opening at the top for ventilation. There is also a ceiling fan. The main dining room table can accommodate 12 guests. There is also another table on the dining room patio that can seat 8 guests.
Behind the dining room is the kitchen. It is fully furnished including gas range, oven, microwave, coffee-maker, toaster, and blender. We highly recommend the optional cook service.
All the bedrooms in the house are air conditioned and each has its own private bathroom. 4 out of the 5 bedrooms offer sea views. The master bedroom offers a sea view (and garden view), private terrace and is situated on the ground floor in the center of the house. It holds a king-sized bed and has its own full bath. It also boasts a vanity area with separate sinks and a walk-in closet. Each bedroom is also equipped with a hair dryer.
On the property between the house and sea you will find a freshwater swimming pool 36 feet long by 18 feet wide. It's almost of a uniform depth being at the shallow end 4 feet deep and at the deep end 4 feet 10 inches. There are chaise lounges set around the pool.
