The Main house offers 3 bedroom suites and 3 guest bedrooms. All bedrooms and suites are individually air-conditioned and there are 5 and 1/2 baths. Meticulous care and tasteful attention has gone into this house's design and decoration.

The Guest Villa is a seafront home that holds 2 bedroom suites and 3 guest bedrooms. The 2 suites have private entry.

The artist-owner has spared no expense in furnishing these homes with her works and those of other artists.

All of the bedrooms are air-conditioned and have complete baths.

There is a huge communal roof top terrace, being at the highest point in the vicinity, it offers unparalleled vistas and sunsets.

Both Villas can accomodate groups of up to 30 guests.

A few hundred meters south of the estate is San Francisco Beach, a beautiful sandy beach accessible via a path cut in the jungle. On the way you'll find a pier (for dive pickup when weather prevents boat from docking at your home).

For beachcombers, this is one of the longest in Cozumel, stretching on for miles with only a few hotels and restaurants interspersed along this lightly trafficked area. Get lost on a sunset walk along this lovely beach.

The Main Villa sleeps 16 Guests with 6 Bedrooms and 5.5 Bathrooms on 3 Stories with 4521 Square Feet of living space.

You enter through a tropical garden where friendly Iguanas bask in the sunshine, surrounded by hibiscus and multi colored bougainvilleas. The house’s majestic entrance bids you a warm welcome and a happy stay.

As you enter the Main Villa, you come upon the kitchen and dining area on your right and the living room on your left.

You will be enchanted by the celling to floor stone walls and ocean view. The living room is huge and spectacular with an 18 foot high ceiling and full wall to wall ocean view, with the pool in the background, offering a fresh breeze and views to the gardens also.

The ample kitchen also has a counter which faces the pool where you can prepare delicious cocktails.

The Bedrooms are as follows:

Suite # 1 located on the 1st Floor - Off from the dining area, a door leads to this Suite. It has a kitchenette, living area, and 2 double beds, as well as an alcove with a single bed.

Bedroom # 1 located on the 1st Floor - This bedroom has two double beds and private bathroom. It is accessible just off the living room area.

Bedroom # 2 - Middle Bedroom - This bedroom is located up a spiral staircase from the living room. It has 2 single beds, which can be dressed as a king if so desired and a double futon sofabed. This room has a private bathroom

Suite # 2 located on the 2nd Floor with Ocean View - An outdoor staircase in the entry area leads up to this suite with its private entrance. The suite has panoramic views and a private balcony, where you can enjoy the sunsets. It has a large living room with a double futon, a dining room with kitchenette and a separate bedroom with a private bath. There is also a separate bedroom with a king size bed.

Bedroom # 3 located on the 2nd Floor - This bedroom has a queen bed and private oceanview balcony, this bedroom also has access to the rooftop terrace. On this terrace there is a shade area and shower for rinsing. This bedroom shares a bath with the Master Bedroom.

Master Bedroom Suite # 3 located on the 2nd Floor -The Master suite has a kitchen, one room with a queen size bed, one futon double (sofa bed), with an adjacent bedroom, no partitions, which has a double bed and bathroom ( the bathroom is shared with bedroom #3)

The Guest Villa has 2 bedroom suites and 3 guest bedrooms. The Guest Villa sleeps 14 Guests with 5 Bedrooms and 5.5 Bathrooms on 2 Stories.

Suite # 1 located on the First Floor - This suite has a complete kitchen and dining room. The living area has a single futon sofabed and a double futon sofabed while the main sleeping area has 2 double beds.

Bedroom # 1 located on the 1st Floor -  This bedroom has a queen-sized bed. It is accessible from the living room via its own private entrance.

Bedroom # 2, Middle Floor - Up a winding staircase from the living room, is the second bedroom, also with queen size bed. This bedroom also affords access via another staircase at poolside.

Suite # 2 located on the 2nd Floor with Ocean View - This suite has a private balcony and offers spectacular views of the Caribbean. The living area has a single futon sofabed and a double futon sofabed while the main sleeping area has 2 double beds. The suite is huge....one of the largest on the island.

Master Bedroom Suite # 3 located on the 2nd Floor with Ocean View - Ascending the poolside stairs, you'll come to the master bedroom with king sized bed. With 180 degrees of panoramic vista through the windows, you'll enjoy a majestic view of the natural habitat and ocean. It opens up onto a private balcony which offers tranquility and seclusion. A winding stairwell leads up to yet another private roof top terrace with shaded area. Here, as well, you'll find the bathroom for the master bedroom. This suite has a complete kitchen and dining room.

All of the bedrooms are air-conditioned and have complete baths with unique broken mosaic design showers and plenty of pressurized water.

The new pool is located in between coconut trees and tropical plants. The clarity of the blue fresh water competes with the colors of the sea waters, where you will be able to enjoy unforgettable moments. The pool has 2 depths (for both adults and children alike). There is also a half bath by the pool and a rinse tank for your scuba equipment.
