The magic of the villa will take you under its spell: the fine cuisine; the breathtaking views; the cooling infinity pool; the smells of jasmine and lavender emanating from the garden; the thrill of a game of boules on the petanque court; the relaxing Jacuzzi, the pampering service; and the glittering lights of Cannes winking at you through the evening sky.

The villa has a beautifully designed swimming pool with a flow-over effect that makes you feel at one with the sea as you peer over the edge. The pool is tiled with antique Italian marble and has a connecting Jacuzzi. The pool has an Ozonator treatment system that eliminates the need for chlorine and provides for clearer water. The pool can be heated and has a shallow end for children.

An elegant terracotta terrace and a beautiful garden of olive trees, clematis, jasmine, lavender, and herbs surround the pool. Teak furniture decorates the terrace with a large dining table, lounge chairs and several seating areas.

On the ground floor of this villa there is a beautiful large kitchen with two dishwashers, two ovens, and two Amana fridges with ice makers and two further deep freezes. Separate laundry off the kitchen with two washing machines and two dryers.

There is a lovely dining room off the kitchen that seats 14 people, and a little office area with computer and fax .

Off the dining room there is one of the master bedrooms with a bathroom en suite. This room has a six foot wide bed which can be made into two single and three 3 ft wide beds as they are zip and link.

There is a second master suite and bathroom with the same bed configuration as just mentioned which is reached by separate entrance from the pool area.

The Master Suite which has a six foot wide bed is on the first floor off the drawing room which in turn opens onto a huge terrace with stunning views of the bay of Cannes, the isles de Lerins and Cap d’Antibes in the background.

All of these three master bedrooms have beautiful views of the sea.

On the top floor which is reached by a separate entrance there are two further double bedrooms and bathrooms. Neither of these rooms have sea views and they have showers only and not baths.

There are also two small staff rooms and bathroom reached by another separate entrance on this floor.

Guest accommodations therefore comprise of five double bedrooms en suite bathrooms which sleep ten comfortably.

The guest bedrooms on the top floor have five foot wide double bed and the other one has two three foot wide single beds as described above, which can be made into a six foot wide single bed.

The house has a burglar alarm, a rented staff, security gate, air conditioning and cable TV. It has recently been completely modernized and refurbished to a very high standard retaining its provencal character.

Included in the reservation: The Mas rental includes heating, electricity, water, heating of the pool up to 75F/24C, two staff, and a professional chef (staff have one day off a week), transportation to and from the local airports.

Not Included: Food and beverage, phone/fax charges, personal laundry, cars, and transportation on excursions). These services may be provided at an additional charge.

Although it is difficult to tear yourself away from the villa, the cultural excursions in the surrounding villages are numerous, and the friendly staff can help send you in the right direction.

You can enjoy the celebrated glass blowers of Biot, the perfume factories of Grasse, the Picasso museums of Antibes and Vallauris, the goat cheese farm and beautiful hilltop town of Gourdon, the Colombe D’Or in Saint Paul de Vence with its famous paintings, the Musee Matisse in Nice, the glamorous Croisette in Cannes with its elegant shops and beaches, and many other nearby excursions.

The area also boasts some of the most amazing golf courses in France, including the Royal Mougins and the Old Cannes course in Mandelieu.

Some other activities include tennis at nearby courts, mountain biking (the villa having two bicycles for your use), beautiful walking trails just behind the villa with incredible views, water skiing and tubing, several beaches, and a beauty salon and health spa just a five-minute drive from the villa. You may also take the opportunity to rent a boat and shoot off for the day to some exotic location, such as St. Tropez.

Cannes is kms away and the airport in Nice is 30 minutes. Mougins is a 15 minute drive. Situated on the Esterel coast, with superb Views of the sea. Just 15 minutes walk form the sophistication of Cannes, yet 10 minutes walk from wonderful cliff-top walks, this property offers the advantages of both town and rural life. The center of Theoule sur Mer is 4 kms away, where there is a sandy beach.
