On the natural cotto tiled ground floor of Turkey Villa 10094 there are four open plan living/dining areas around the central atrium, open to the sky with giant tropical plants, providing abundant natural light and spaciousness to the interior.
The Thai and Turkish owners have combined authentic eastern and western decorative elements, i.e. european furniture, oriental carpets and a collection of asian art, and created three different living rooms for different daytimes and moods and an elegant dining room opening to the shaded dining terrace.
The ground floor is fully airconditioned and has two ceiling fans.
All of the windows are aluframe with insect screen.
Upstairs the master double bedroom has access to the terrace, dressing room and en suite bathroom with jacuzzi/shower/wc plus sauna and steam cabin.
Three further single rooms (one with access to the terrace, two with french balcony) and a bathroom with bath/shower/wc can also be found upstairs.
All bedrooms are air conditioned and feature solid timber parquet.
All doors, stairs, built-in wardrobes are of raw cedar wood with natural odor.
On the other side of the shaded dining terrace is the detached air conditioned guest house with galleried double bedroom with solid timber parquet and en suite bathroom with hip bath and shower/wc.
The kitchen (hob/oven and refrigerator) is also tiled with natural cotto.
However pleasing the interior of the houses are, you will spend most of your time outside where you will find a fully landscaped and flower filled garden with a large fish pond, bridges and waterfalls, a thai style grass roofed sala, choice of patio areas at different levels and the comfortably arranged pool terrace.
The main attraction is the free form infinity edge swimming pool with cascading overflow, about 90 sqm and constant depth of 1.5m.
On the pool terrace with full facilities, i.e. six sunbeds, umbrellas, open air shower, change room/toilet, a square teak table and chairs, our guests will enjoy spectacular sea views.
Another circular seating is shaded by an olive tree and at a higher level a huge oak tree shades a westerly facing terrace with comfortable seating, ideal to enjoy sunsets.
A short walk of 150 m will bring you to the sea.
We provide the maximum comfort to our guests.
Transfers from and to Bodrum airport are provided free of charge.
Car hire may be essential if you plan to move around during your stay.
Gardener/Pool cleaner staff are on hand for daily maintenence.
Twice weekly change of linen and towels with a slight clean up is free of charge.
Laundry and dry cleaning services would be charged at prevailing rates.
A cook is available to do your gourmet cooking at a charge.
We may do the shopping for you under your instructions, but you are welcome to do your own too.
The kitchen features a refrigerator, freezer, hob/oven, dishwasher, toaster, filter coffee machine, espresso/cappucino machine, kettle, and mixer/blender.
