Monte Argentario is a peninsula on one of the most exclusive areas on the Tuscan coast. The peninsula is linked to the mainland by two narrow causeways.

The island has all the natural beauty of inland Tuscany with its olive groves, vineyards and cypresses and the added attraction of fishing villages and beaches.

Tuscany Villa 0765 is near the bay of Cala Piccola.

It is built on a rocky cliff face 80 metres above the sea.

The villa has terraced patios and gardens set below it among the trees where there is also a large swimming pool with diving board. The views are spectacular from all vantage points. There are 200 steps down to the sea.

The house, which is on three levels, has a large verandah and paved patio, well furnished with garden tables and chairs.

The interior of the property is very comfortably furnished and most rooms have magnificent views of the sea.

Tuscany Villa 0765 is set within a large area which has many exclusive villas, all of which are accessible through a private road. Because of the steep mature of the terrain in the garden and the many steps we do not recommend this villa to young families or elderly people.

The top/ground floor has a sitting/dining room opening onto patio and terrace, a kitchen, a cloakroom, and a storage room with washing machine.

The middle floor has two double bedrooms one of which has an en suite bathroom, a bedroom with bunkbed, two bathrooms one with shower and one with bath, and a door to the garden.

The lower floor has three double bedrooms one with en suite bathroom with shower and one with a WC, and a door to the garden and swimming pool.

In a separate building there is a twin bedroom with a shower and kitchen corner.

Maid service: 3 hours per day/6 days a week included.
