Reservation Rate for 2010: $37,500 Island Rental fee per day for parties of 1-12. Christmas, New Years and other Holidays is $52,500 per day for parties of 1-12. For parties of 13-18 individuals, add $1,500 per person daily. For parties of 19-24 individuals, add $1,000 per person daily. Refundable Security Deposit $25,000 (refundable within 30 days after departure date). 7% Surcharge for Bahamian room tax and administrative fee. Gratuities not included in rate and are at the guests’ discretion. Minimum five night stay is required.

Rates include: All meals and beverages (both alcoholic & non-alcoholic with fine wines and champagnes) and unlimited use of all island amenities

Not included in the rates are: Transportation to and from the island, international telephone calls, massage, scuba diving, special entertainment such as fireworks, musical groups.
