The well known upscale
Sonesta Resorts at Anguilla just doesn't stop improving...they are creating
a stunning new project – luxury beachfront very private villas on
a splashy piece of white sandy beach next to the resort. These villas
have private pools, chef, & full staff and also enjoy the use of the resort's
full facilities including tennis, water sports, large pool, massage, salon,
and the spectacular Ici restaurant (featured to the right and above) as
well as another for more simple fare. Anguilla's need for a lovely shopping
enclave has been answered by Sonesta already with their newly opened high-end
boutiques and Jacques Dessange salon.

enough, a few extra pluses: talk of a newly planned golf course nearby
Sonesta and a dinner theater club also in the works at the resort, making

luxurious new villas can be rented either as six bedroom, four bedroom,
or as they were truly intended ‹ one sumptuous ten double bedroom villa
with en suite baths (plus two nanny or children's rooms). The villa structure
will arch around a large tile deck and pool for al fresco dining and day
and evening pleasures. The huge open-air livingroom has high vaulted ceilings
and gives directly out to the deck. All bedrooms are air conditioned,
and there is also a separate air conditioned living room with full media
center.
Materials and furnishings
are upscale with a light, tropical touch. Artwork is quite frankly, collector
level. Warren Sutton designers (Cap Juluca, Guana Island, Little Dix Resort,
Cerulean Villa), John Olson as architect, and Overseas Connection as design
& marketing consultants are a strong team bound not to disappoint even
the most discerning clientele.
The panoramic Caribbean
sea views from every room, and classic frontal sunsets crown the stunning
picture.
Villa completion
is August Œ99 and the calendar is already filling with reservations. The
best of both worlds: villa privacy, luxury and staff combined with upscale
resort service and facilities. Ahhhh. . .
