This Villa is a 4280 sq ft beachfront construction set on a 12840 sq ft area. There are 2 garages for your parking convenience.
With 5 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms. There are 2 bedrooms with king size beds and 3 bedrooms with queen size beds.
The Villa also features terraces indoors and out, a cellar, a grill area equipped with BBQ, 2 kayaks with their corresponding gears and life vests.
From the Villa you can tour the thermal baths, the city, the museums or go whale watching.
You will also find opportunity for boat rentals for fishing of Swordfish and Blue Marlins.

The villa is located in Guayaguill so as well as the normal high season, there is also a second high season due to the demands from the other areas of Ecuador wishing to visit Guayaquill. The first high season period is from the 15th December till April. All the people from Guayaquill, goes every single weekend to the beach and whole family has vacations with their children at that time. High season also applies for school vacations from January on...special holidays as Easter, Mardi Gras, Christmas, New Year and December. July and August, is also high season and vacations for people of Quito, so again many come to visit Guayaquill.
