The Main villa is a luxury two story beach villa that includes a downstairs veranda, private dinning area, bar, entertainment center and living room with fireplace. Upstairs is the master suite with king-size bed, Jacuzzi tub, reading area and deck overlooking pool, beach and gardens. A central atrium rises to a glass skylight on the second level.

The home and its furnishings have been fashioned from rare and exotic woods imported from throughout Brazil. Special lighting, candles and the open design make this villa a favorite.

The terraced and palm studded private beach area includes a beach bar, shaded lounge, lots of shaded lounge chairs and pillows, and a health and fitness center, fashioned entirely from Brazilian woods. There is horseback riding on the beach, nearby kayaking, secluded beach walks, body surfing, paddle tennis and much more. The restaurant is located around the cabana clubhouse and pool. Meals start in the morning with a famous Brazilian breakfast… hot steaming Brazilian coffee, seasonal tropical fruits and juices, baked breads, cheeses, pastries and omelets of your choosing.

At noon (or sooner if you like) the bar and restaurant opens. The chef may have a special for the day or you can choose from a wide selection of International and Brazilian favorites.

During the day many of the guests choose to take their meals by the pool or on the beach. In the evening a romantic dinner to candle light is a favorite of many. You can order from the menu or ask the chef for your favorite dish. With a little notice she is always up for a challenge. Brazil is known the world over for the beaches of Rio and the excitement of Carnival but when Brazilians travel they head for the golden sands and emerald seas of Trancoso Bahia, Brazil. Easily accessible by air and approximately 800 kilometers south of Salvador, the beauty of the beaches in Trancoso is known throughout Brazil.

World Class Golf - The 18 hole Terravista golf course offers up one of the finest golfing experiences in South America. The course was designed by renowned architect Dan Blankenship. It has been referred to by Golf Digest as one of the 8 Pebble Beaches of the world.

The Villa is located in the state of Bahia, Brazil. 1.5 kilometers from the historic “Quadrado” of Trancoso.

Fly by commercial jet to Porto Seguro. Most connections pass through Salvador though a few flights connect directly from Rio, Sao Paulo and Belo Horizonte. You can also find seasonal charter flights connecting directly from Europe to Porto Seguro or Salvador. 26 kilometers by car or cab. The scenic drive includes a ferry river crossing and takes about one hour. For those not familiar with the area, we would be happy to arrange transport from the airport.

For those of you traveling by private jet Terravista, offers a jet airport and heliport. The 1500 meter (4,921 feet) runway is paved and illuminated for night landings and takeoffs. The Terravista Heliport is located just a few meters from the golf course and is certified for day and night landings. Both the airport and heliport are an 8 minute drive from the Villas.

Car rentals are available at the airport and in the area. If you are not familiar with the area, we normally recommend that you let us arrange transportation to the villas. We can then arrange for a rental to be delivered to the villa when needed.
