Within the patio area of 300 square meters is connected a well equipped gourmet kitchen.

There is also a large laundry room with washer and dryer. A separate office with Internet. Another guest bathroom and the staff changing room.

Also on the First Floor there are 3 guest bedrooms, each with 2 twin beds, and ensuite bathrooms. One of these bedrooms is located pool side.

There is a separate door with access to the beach.

On the Second Floor you will find the Master Suite with 85 square meters in size a large bedroom ocean front, a dressing room and a bathroom with a Jacuzzi over a wooden deck, air condition and 2 balconies.

Opposite to the Master Suite you will find 2 other bedrooms, each with 80 square meters in size, both with ensuite bathrooms, air condition and 2 balconies. All 3 bedrooms upstairs have wood floors.

There is a large wooden deck of 140 square meters surrounding the pool and a barbecue area. As well as outdoor bathrooms.

The construction of the villa was made with European norms and it was supervised by a French architect, it was built in 2006. Constructed in ways to avoid electrical problems, humidity and also hydraulic problems that are common in Brazil. There is a water purification system to reuse the rain water, all the water has a filtering system. There are alarms inside and outside the house.
