Uruguay Villa 9980 is located about 25 driving minutes north of Punta del Este, Uruguay, in township of Jose Ignacio. Proximity to beach is approx.
1 kilometer or about 1/2 mile. Three casitas plus tower situated on 5 hectars (approx 12 acres) of land with natural pond and swimming pool. Main house consists of living/dining room, kitchen, library and master bedroom with dressing room and ensuite bathroom with double sink, tub, and shower. Library has couch that can be used as an additional single bed and library also connects to master bathroom. A covered pergola (outside porch) with built-in BBQ serves as outside dining room and can seat up to 24. Includes lounge area seating with built-in TV for outside viewing. Pergola connects to guest house converted from former barn (galpon) which has 2 guest rooms with 2 bathrooms. (Sleeps 4) Pool house with own patio and BBQ has double guest room, sitting room with small built-in refrigerator and bathroom and adjoining outside shower. Tower has double guest room and bathroom. Internet connection available in main house library. Air conditioning in main house. Ceiling fans in all bedrooms. Property comes with live-in staff (couple, Spanish speaking) who reside on the property. Live-in couple consists of married couple: she cleans (included in rental) and cooks (for extra payment); he is general caretaker.
