Lounge on the covered patio in the cool shade and watch the birds soar over the beautiful azure blue water. A few steps down brings you to the pool and jacuzzi area where you can listen to the relaxing sound of the surf break below.

This 7000 square foot house consists of a main living area with 4 bedrooms with an additional 2 suites accessible from the outside that provide extra privacy. There are two living room areas: the first has a wrap around couch facing a fireplace with a big screen TV; and the other faces the ocean with easy chairs and a telescope.

The formal dining room seats eight at a large glass table with a beautifully ornate carving of seashells as its pedestal. There are three other eating areas consisting of two smaller dining rooms seating four each and a bar at the kitchen counter also seating four.

The kitchen is a gourmet's dream with two refrigerators, 2 ovens, and a four-burner range. The kitchen also fully equipped with blender, toaster, microwave, coffee maker, and dishwasher. Peer out to the ocean as you prepare your meal.

Sit on one of the four bar stools and watch your friend blend frozen margaritas in the bar area complete with mini fridge and sink. There is also an area intended for the lucky one to clean and grill their freshly caught fish.

The "master" bedroom (1000+ sq ft) has two walls of sliding glass doors overlooking the ocean with a private patio. There is a small eating area for two as well as a lounge area with a love seat in front of the fireplace and TV. The ensuite bathroom is larger than a small apartment and is really 2 bathrooms. One has a soaker tub and one has a shower; both have bidets.

Bedroom number 2 has a king-size bed, fireplace and sitting area with couch. Private balcony. The ensuite bathroom is again like 2 bathrooms in one – 1 with soaker tub and the other with shower. This bedroom also has a large walk-in closet.

At the east end of the house is the third bedroom. King size bed, writing desk, easy chair and TV. Sliding glass doors lead out to the main patio area with stunning views of the Pacific Ocean. The ensuite bathroom has a shower.

The fourth bedroom has a queen-size bed. Two window seats look out to the front of the house. The ensuite bathroom has a shower.

Step down from the pool area to enter the first of the two outside suites. It is very spacious with two queen-size beds, ensuite with shower, TV and a pool table, this suite also has amazing views.

For the most private, the second outside suite is entered from the front of the house. It has a king size bed, private patio with view, bathroom with shower, and its own small galley kitchen with a bar fridge and sink.

The property also has its own icemaker to help combat those really hot days.
