Playa Jaibas Villa 8900 is a spectacular property of over 800 acres in the Pacific Coast of Mexico between Puerto Vallarta and Manzanillo, in the region called “Costa Alegre”.

Surrounded by palm trees, the property combines hills, cliffs and beachfront that make this site unique. Enjoy a soft sand, two mile long private beach, all for you, just steps from your room.

Most of the house is open air to enjoy the great weather of this area. Although rarely needed, the bedrooms are equipped with electronically controlled air conditioning systems.

The large palapa is the heart of the house containing the living and dining room in an all open space.

The house accommodates comfortably 8 to 10 guests in the four bedrooms.

On the Ground Floor are 3 bedrooms: The Tortugas bedroom offers 2 Queen size beds and a sofa bed with twin bed, and en suite bathroom.

The Pescados bedroom offers 2 queen size beds and a sofa bed with twin bed, and en suite bathroom.

The Amarillo bedroom offers a king size bed with en suite bathroom.

On the First Floor there is the master bedroom suite with king size bed, and en suite bathroom. The master bedroom also has a spacious private terrace with an outside bed to enjoy the views or the stars at night.

The pool area is a great place to enjoy the sun, sip an aperitif or just relax and enjoy the views of the ocean.

You can also enjoy a nap in the nearby hammocks.

The villa provides a great opportunity to be in contact with nature. Special attention has been made towards the conservation of this property and the environment. Most of the land of this property has been designated as an ecological reserve. There are several hiking trails where you can explore marshes, a mango plantation and amazing vistas along the way.

Other activities include: kayaking, horseback riding, body board surfing, snorkeling, yoga & mediation, and swimming. Activities that can be arranged for you are: tennis, golf, boating, scuba diving and fishing (seasonal).

You will be able to relax and enjoy this piece of paradise without having to worry about your meals, housekeeping, transportation or the usual things that one has to deal with because there is a staff to take care of everything.

There is a concierge solely dedicated to making your stay the best that it can be, an onsite cook who serves three meals a day in the dining room or at the beachside deck.

Meals, based on thr villa menus, are included with the price of your stay, during the low and high seasons. For peak period of Christmas New Years, all food and beverages are additional.

Housekeeping is provided every day at your convenience.

Arrangements for local massage therapy on a beach side bed can also be made.

Located on it's own private beach. One can enjoy Horseback Riding, Kayaks and Hiking there as well.

To get to Playa Jaibas Villa 8900, you can fly either to Puerto Vallarta or Manzanillo, the property is two hours from Vallarta and an hour and fifteen minutes from Manzanillo’s International airport.

Transportation is provided by an 11 passenger air conditioned van from either airport at additional costs.

Special arrangements to fly to near by air strips can also be made.

If you plan to be driving outside of the property, a rental car is recommended, but most guests usually never leave this vast estate once they arrive, there is no need..
