This property is made up of 2 estates. Entire estate has a total of 9 bedrooms containing 10 beds and will accommodate 20 guests. Resident managers 1 bedroom Loft may be made available upon request, for an additional fee, for a total of 22 guests. Please contact the office for additional guests. Maximum of two guests per bedroom/bed (exceptions made for small children sleeping with parents) no sofa, pune’ or floor sleeping.
The Upper Estate is a two-hundred foot long main house which features a family and entertainment area, gourmet’s kitchen, dining, living, executive office, conference and work area, octagon library, eight bathrooms, a grand-master suite and four jewel-box bedrooms with queen beds, large lanais, pool, Jacuzzi and panoramic views.
The Guest House contains two master bedrooms with full baths.
The Loft Building includes a fitness center outfitted with aerobic equipment, free weights and Cybex machines.
The Lower Estate offers a Pond House, with a tropical setting around. There is a living-dining area, kitchen and two master bedrooms consisting of 1 king size bed and 2 queen size beds accommodating a maximum of 6 guests.
In the Main House there are 5 bedrooms. 6 full baths. 2 half baths: The Master Bedroom has a King with private bath. Bedroom # 1 has a Queen with private bath. Bedroom # 2 has a Queen with separate private bath. Bedroom # 3 has Queen with separate private bath. Bedroom # 4 has Queen with private bath. Guest Bedroom with rollaway bed with private bath.
