Hawaii Villa 5160 also known as the House of the Heavenly Sea is situated on the ocean front in the prestigious, privacy gated Cape Estates at the Mauna Lani Resort.The 10,000 square foot, centrally air-conditioned villa has six bedroom suites, each with private bath.
Three of the bedroom suites are in the main house and three are located in the guest wing and have private entries that open onto the inner courtyard, pool, waterfall and spa.
As you enter the house of the heavenly sea through the lush courtyard, through the etched glass double doors, a vestibule with a 30-foot domed ceiling adorned with murals of plumerias and doves invites you into the grand foyer where magnificent views abound through the walls of glass that line the ocean side of the villa.
Hawaii Villa 5160 has been superbly crafted utilizing the finest available marbles, woods, fixtures, appliances and landscaping. The decor and furnishings have been selected with equal attention to quality and detail.
Other features include two swimming pools and two outdoor spas (one pool and spa are located oceanside and the others are located in the interior courtyard), a sauna, a well equipped gym and exercise room, a state-of-the-art media room with HDTV and a home office with computer, printer, copier and fax machine.
The house manager/concierge for the villa will prepare daily breakfast or lunch for guests and will assist with recommendations and arrangements for golf tee times, tennis reservations, dinner reservations, spa treatments, private tours or activities charters.
Guests at the villa also have access to the Mauna Lani Beach Club (a 5 minute walk along the oceanside pathway) and golf, tennis and dining priviliges at the Mauna Lani Bay Hotel and its sister property, the Orchid at Mauna Lani.

Reservation includes airport greeting and guide to the property, check in orientation at the property, daily maid service, chef to prepare breakfast and dinner daily and outcleaning fee. The property is fully equipped with linens, dishes, flatware, cookware, utensils and serving dishes and is stocked with an initial supply of soaps, detergents, cleansers and paper products.
