Each great room, located both upstairs and downstairs, and both with an ocean view, can each accommodate as many as 12 or more guests for casual conversation, watching movies or television or just "hanging out". They are both decorated with fabulous handmade wool rugs, softly upholstered sofas, antique wood coffee tables, complete bar areas with crystal glassware, and a vast library of outstanding hard bound reading books. All living areas throughout the house both upstairs and downstairs have wall mounted central Stereo/Entertainment System control panels.

The custom Home Theater Room can be closed off from the lower level great room, is fully carpeted with good sound insulation, and has 4 leather reclining chairs with cup holders, a six person upholstered sofa, and a plush side chair for papa or mama bear. The enormous wall mounted flat screen creates true theater quality viewing.

Both kitchens are straight out of any of the best home design magazines. They boast elaborate large and small stainless appliances. A security system is provided for your peace of mind. The residential community of Plantation Estates has a gated entry. The Villa entry is also gated, so there is double gated security. Further, there is a roving security patrol throughout Kapalua Resort. You may park on the open tarmac or in the large enclosed garage. There is plenty of parking for up to a half dozen cars inside and outside of the garage

Digital cable TV is provided in both great rooms. Cable television is provided in all bedrooms and the office.
