The oceanfront living area has a wetbar, an entertainment center with TV, VCR, stereo and cassette player.

There is also a separately rentable 2 bedroom, 1 bath oceanview cottage with separate beach access (Note that cottage guests do not have use of the pool when the main house is rented).

Maximum occupancy of the main house is 14; max. in the cottage is 4.

Located 15 miles east of the airport and Waikiki across the Koolau Mountains on the Windward coast. This serene residential area has no hotels or vacation rental condos and its three miles of reef-protected, white-sand beach is ranked among the very best in the USA. Windward Oahu offers several golf courses, tennis facilities, water sports activities, a variety of restaurants, grocery stores, theaters, a shopping mall and the consumer services typical of most suburban areas.

RATES INCLUDE: Rate based on occupancy of 12 guests and check-in orientation at the property and a mid-stay housekeeping up to 6-8 hours. Maximum of 14 guests total (including children). Add $100.00 per extra person/per night. Children under 5 years of age are free. Please inquire if you also wish to rent the cottage at $250/night for a total of 18 people.

The property is fully-equipped with linens, dishes, flatware, cookware, utensils and serving dishes and is stocked with an initial supply of soaps, detergents, cleansers and paper products. Rates are subject to change without prior notice before a rental confirmation is issued.

DISCLOSURES: *No smoking is permitted inside the home.*House has ceiling fans throughout but is NOT air-conditioned. *Cottage, a 2 bedroom, 1 bath unit with oceanviews and a private path to the beach, is located in a separate building above the caretaker's quarters and is rented separately. Cottage occupants have a full view of the pool area, but do not have pool privileges.*A caretaker couple and child live in separate quarters located below the Cottage but do not have pool privileges.
