The house can easily accommodate twelve people, if four single people or children want to share the large upstairs room, and would also be ideal for smaller parties.

On the ground floor, there are entrance hall with bookcase and under stairs storage space, a guest cloakroom, a double bedroom with en suite bathroom, an open plan sitting room and dining area leading to the kitchen.

On the first floor, there are twin bedroom with en suite shower room, a double bedroom with en suite shower room opening onto large terrace, a master double bedroom with walk-through dressing room to ensuite bathroom with spa bath, a large terrace with daybed and extensive views.

On the second floor, there are a large bedroom with 4 single beds, two built in as sofas, en suite shower room and a large roof terrace.

The owner has cleverly mixed antique Turkish furniture and artwork together with upholstered headboards and bedspreads in the contemporary British style: all the bedrooms are superbly finished and smartly decorated to the highest standard with every detail thought through.

There are even dressing gowns provided in the bathrooms and air-conditioning in all the rooms as well as hair dryers in the bedrooms and plenty of space in wardrobes and drawers for unpacking. 

The outside terraces are a dream.

The two first floor double bedrooms open onto a large terrace where a pretty daybed strewn with gold organza hangings is discreetly placed.

As the sun rises over the inlet this is the perfect spot to relax with a book and gaze across the water.

The rooftop area has large colourful cushions inviting one for fulltime sunbathing and the cabana behind the pool with its comfortable cushioned seats provides the perfect lunchtime retreat from the midday sun. 

The main decking area outside the kitchen has a large wooden table and chairs around which life revolves and outside dining here is idyllic in the warm evenings.

The charming local couple who run the villa are there at your service should you require them.

Fishing rods are provided for fishing from the jetty and one's catch can be freshly cooked on the barbecue at the villa.

The local fishermen can take guests out to islands and hidden bays for a day trip with a picnic perhaps and for those more active there is a tennis club in Bodrum and access to many water sports. 

This property provides a perfect base providing entertainment for all the family from exploring ancient sites such as the tomb of King Mausoleus at Halicarnassus, the ancient name for Bodrum, to the largest open air disco in Europe funnily enough called the Halicarnas.

This villa is a superb luxury villa with a fantastic owner making this an excellent venue for a relaxing holiday with family and friends in a very pretty and unspoilt corner of Turkey.

The Service include a full time couple: a maid service 9 – 5 each day (mostly inconspicuously in the laundry room), a pool and garden maintenance 2 hours am and 2 hours pm, cooking and babysitting extra by request.

Airport transfers is also available.
