It is the home of a local family who have past down through the generations.. This villa is very special and quite unique and sits on over 30 acres of its own land.

Its position is perfect. It is only 10 minutes drive from Ibiza Town and Santa Eularia, and only 5 minutes drive from beautiful Santa Getrudis, with all its tendy restaurants. Yeti t is totally secluded in the countryside. Even better, it is only 2 minutes drive from the infamous Bambuddah restaurant.

You get to the house by driving along its own prívate road about 0.5 km.

The house is actually two separate houses together. You can sleep 10 people.

There are 6 rooms, 4 double romos and 2 rooms with 2 single beds in each room.

There are two kitchens one in the Main house which has all the modern conveniences, and a smaller kitchen in the house adjoining.

There are two sitting rooms and 3 shower/bathrooms and 3 toilets.

The house is a family house so it is in excellent condition and is well lived in. It is not like renting a house that is purely for rental. The family moves to another house in the summer.

Outside is an excellent swimming pool, a Barbacue, plenty of places for Al fresco dining and a wonderful Organic garden with every vegetable you can imagine. (lettuce, tomatoes, onions, red and green peppers, zucchini, eggplant, basil and parsley. Water melon and melon).

The owner will bring products to guests, but we ask you not to pick it yourself. Alot of love and attention has gone into this garden. There are a number of fruit trees and amazing views over the surrounding countryside.

There is satelitte TV, music system, air conditioning in some of the rooms, and a washing and drying machine.

This villa is perfect for families and groups who want to be close to everything yet secluded.

This Villa requires alot of love and attention so we only want to rent to those who appreciate a comfortable family home.

The house also has a stunning apartment which sleep 2 people which is available in August at additional cost.
