A truly delightful Victorian stone built, three story house, set in 40 acres of private landscaped grounds.
All rooms have a view of either a lake or gardens. Adjacent to the house is a converted coach house for up to four extra guests. The cottage garden and riverside walk complete this idyllic retreat. This is an excellent location from which to tour the dramatic west coast of Ireland, Bunratty Castle, Cragganowen, Limerick, and the Burren. Accommodations for the main house include: on the ground floor a Drawing Room with marble fireplace, Sitting Room leading to Conservatory/Dining Room with fireplace and lake view, and a Guest Cloakroom. The Lower Ground Floor contains a large family Kitchen with lake view and a Cards/Games Room. The First Floor includes one queen Bedroom with adjacent Bathroom and one twin Bedroom (two single beds) with en suite Bathroom. On the Second Floor there is one double Bedroom, One twin Bedroom (two single beds), and a Bathroom. Cooking and cleaning available at additional cost, by prior arrangement. Damage Security Deposit required. Coach house has two double Bedrooms, two Bath/shower rooms and an attractive Living Room/Kitchen that overlooks a lake.
