It can accommodate up to 16 people, has 3 private beaches, an indoor as well as an outdoor swimming pool, and is set in 5 hectares of cultivated gardens.

The villa has 360 degree panoramic sea views and is set in beautiful gardens containing Mediterranean plants, flowers and numerous vegetables for you to enjoy, such as tomatoes, lettuces, grapes and water melons, to name but a few.

There is a large decking area around the 120 square meter heated, seawater overflow pool, which appears as if it runs straight into the sea, from which you can relax and enjoy the sea views and the beautiful coastline of Sigri.

There are 3 other 25 square meter bedrooms all with ensuite facilities. All bedrooms have double windows and large balconies with amazing sea views., and views to the picturesque village, the swimming pool and the gardens.

There is also a living/study area equipped with internet and fax, where one can work, read or relax with panoramic sea views.

Also available is a 9 meter Sea Ray Speed Boat available with Captain at €3,000 per week or €500 per day (Fuel extra). Traditional Sigri Fishing Boat available with Captain at €100 per trip.

Staff: The rental comes with 4 permanent staff: A Caretaker lives in a private room in the basement and is available 24 hours a day to look after all your needs – he can help with anything from shopping to collecting the fruit and vegetables in the garden! There are two maids, one from 6:00 AM to 2:00 PM and one from 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM. A Gardener/Pool man from 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM.

Your reservation is all inclusive of electricity, gas, water, linen, pool heating and villa staff. Food and drink are extra, as are the hire of the boats and any additional concierge services that you may require.

The villa is perfect for one or several families holidaying together, who are looking to enjoy a traditional beach holiday far away from the tourist areas.

If you want a peaceful location to unwind and enjoy water sports, then this is the place for you. Sigri is not recommended for those that want nightlife and chic shopping trips! This corner of the island offers fantastic crystal clear waters for snorkeling, a great sea breeze which means that the children won’t overheat, and wonderful, underdeveloped, natural surroundings in which to explore. One point to note though: due to the layout of the house, children under the age of 5 do need to be supervised.

The villa is in a wonderful, secluded environment for a group of adults who want to get away for privacy and relaxation. While away the days sunbathing by the beautiful pool with the amazing sea views; take a fishing trip out on the villa's own traditional fishing boat or try your hand at water-skiing using the Sea-Ray speed boat. Local tradesmen will call during the day, giving you the possibility to choose your evening meal – fresh fish, meat and vegetables right on your doorstep!

Lesbos (locally known as Lesvos) is a large island known for its nature and ancient artifacts. It is guarded by 3 castles located in Mytilene, Molivos and Sigri and has many grand churches, monasteries and palaces with breathtaking architecture. Lesbos is mainly covered by olive groves and rich vegetation; however in contrast, you can also explore the volcanic area, hot springs and Petrified Forest.

This magnificent villa is located on its own peninsular, directly on the waterfront with 3 private sandy beaches, and has amazing panoramic views of the coastline. One of these beaches is only 30 metres away where you will find your own beach hut to give you shade; Andromachi Beach is a short 3 minute drive away and the other beach a 4 minute drive.

This is an excellent area for snorkeling, diving and windsurfing in the crystal clear water if you should so desire.

The nearest amenities are 2 km away from the villa where you will find the friendly, traditional fishing village of Sigri offering a bakery, tavernas specializing in local fish dishes, supermarkets and of course bars with plenty of Ouzo!
