Paris House 8193 is a stylish art deco house.

It is located just opposite the Henri Barbusse Park, in a very quiet and safe area, close to all amenities and Paris intra-muros.

Offering spectacular views of the park and Paris monuments.

The house is very light and peaceful. With more than 3225 sq ft (300 sq m) of accommodation arranged over three floors. Offering 5 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms for up to 10 guests.

Ideal for a families with children requiring separate bedrooms and living spaces. Offering a large lounge and separate recreation room.

Although dating back to the late 1940’s, the house has been magnificently renovated, and has all the possible modern features.

The kitchen demands special mention. It is very spacious and extremely well equipped with high quality appliances, truly making cooking and entertaining a pleasure. It opens onto a lovely south facing terrace, which can be used extensively during the warmer months for outdoor living and BBQs.

The formal areas of the house offer generous space and access to the terrace.

The kitchen/dining room is excellent for entertaining with a large custom built table which seats more then 12.

One other feature, which requires special mention, is the spacious Study/Home Office/Dressing Room. It is equipped with very excellent custom built storage space, it also offers access to a separate large south facing balcony.

On the Ground Floor is the Entrance, followed by a very large double Lounge Area with north and south facing windows. A Laundry Room with washer and dryer.

An indoor garage for two cars with automatic door. In addition to this deep car garage, there is also a well equipped workshop.

Also on the Ground Floor is a Recreation Room, that can also serve as a Guest Bedroom, opening onto the garden. The room has a sofa bed and one single bed. Bathroom with shower only.

On the First Floor there is the Kitchen and Dining Room area, facing south. This area is custom designed by Cormier, featuring a gas hob by Gaggenau, professional gas grill, cooker hood, two Siemens ovens, Miele microwave, Miele dishwasher, large freezer and fridge (each six feet tall). Two large Franke sinks, one with a waste disposal unit. Numerous cupboards and tables accommodating up to 14 people. Offering wonderful garden views and direct access to the terrace.

Also on the First Floor there is a Guest Bedroom with King Size bed (that can be made into 2 single beds). Bathroom with tub and shower.

On the Second Floor is the Master Bedroom with Queen size bed.

Guest Bedroom with Double bed.

Another Guest Bedroom with 2 twin beds.

These 3 bedrooms share 2 Bathrooms, each with tub and shower.

Also on the Second Floor is the Study/Home Office/Dressing Room, with north and south facing windows.

Outside is a beautiful garden and terrace facing south. It is on level with the kitchen and lounge.

There is also lots of outdoor lighting.

Additional outside parking for two cars with an automatic gate. The house also has good off street parking.

Located in a very good, calm neighborhood and an excellent position, close to the center of Paris. Close to Issy les Moulineaux (centre). It takes about 7 minutes to walk to the metro (Marie d’Issy) line 12, which provides excellent access to the center of Paris in about 25 minutes. It is also not far (about 10-15 minutes) from the RER line C station (Gare d’Issy) and the Seine.

The owners, are very obliging and generous and respond quickly to any issues, making the tenant/landlord relationship very comfortable.
