small freezer compartment, CD player, sofa bed for third person by arrangement, completely private south
west-facing patio, ample parking. Sorry no smokers and no children under 10 due to close proximity of
ponds, but baby with own moses basket welcome. 1 well behaved dog only. Dinner delivery service.
