England Cottage 6145 is a semidetached 200-year old property situated in a quiet corner adjoining the Broad Gate in Ludlow’s Broad Street, described by Nicholas Pevsenor as ‘one of the most memorable streets in England’.
Ludlow provides an unbeatable venue for a superb culinary weekend as the town now boasts 4 Michelin-starred restaurants. This unspoiled county town has a magnificent castle and a good selection of local shops and a popular annual music and literature festival in June. To walk off any excess or indulgence, there are riverside rambles. Alternatively you can head for Clun Forest, Wenlock Edge or the Long Mynd areas, all within a 20 minute drive. Accommodation: Kitchen, sitting room, large conservatory with dining table, downstairs bathroom with WC, stairs to double bedroom, twin bedroom, and small roof garden.
