With an intimate atmosphere and luxurious surroundings brimming with character and charm, and within walking distance from the picturesque fishing harbour of Sumartin, the villa is suitable for a wide variety of age groups and personalities.

In this glorious setting with its century old trees, the manager and her staff extend the warmest of welcomes to each and every guest.

Recently entirely renovated throughout, the villa is beautifully furnished and exceptionally well equipped. All bedrooms are individually decorated using soft colours and furnished using lush fabrics and white Egyptian cotton linens individually controlled air conditioning and heating can be found in all the rooms. A daily maid service will prepare beds and clean as well as provide a turn down service in the evening.

On request the villa can be fully or partially catered. The cook can provide a menu with Dalmatian specialities cooked with fresh and regional ingredients as well as a daily breakfast service. All dietary requirements can be catered for. Guests have the choice of dining inside or Al Fresco. Alternatively guests can sample some of the local restaurants nearby.

Staff services include a daily maid service and a concierge house manager. House manager speaks Croatian, English and German and has experience and qualifications as a primary school teacher. Further staff such as a cook can becan be organised on request.
