During the dark ages this enchanted site was used by Benedictine monks as their monastery, the adjacent building being the mill.

On The Ground Floor there are 4 separate areas. The centerpiece of this atmospheric hideaway, called the "Lechtalstube�, with it's rustic wall and ceiling details dating back to 1780. The open fireplace is very inviting for a cozy gathering of 20 to 28 guests.

A large canopied wood balcony, offering space for 10 to 12 guests, features an impressive panoramic view of the valley and mountains, bordered by the former mill stream called "Doserbach�, as well as the spectacular wooden terrace where 24 to 30 guests can relax next to the Chalet's own trout pond.

Just like the "Lechtalstube�, the "Alte Kuchl�, a traditional rural room for 10 guests, adjoins a canopied terrace, where guests (up to 12) can relish the view of the "Doserbach� and the Alpine panorama.

The next space, named the "Bauernstube�, which can accommodate 14 to 20 guests, captivates with it's antique tiled stove while inspiring cultivated conversation over a glass of superb wine. The atmosphere of the interior is representative of the Chalet.

A cozy house bar and a wine cellar are provided, suitable for an intimate gathering of 8 to 10 connoisseurs, completing the wonderful mountain world and homey feel of the chalet.

Moreover, the large "Kaminzimmer� with an open fireplace creates not only the possibility for a retreat into literature and music, but also embodies the prime location for receptions, events and official occasions thanks to the spacious terrace and expansive view.

All the living areas for guests can be found on the First and Second floors. Every single unit is uniquely designed in harmony with the elegant style of the Chalet.

The two major suites are both equipped with an open fire place, a one-of-a-kind feature for a personal retreat.

For your relaxation there is the wellness area to be found in the Wellness Tower. The sauna and natural waterfall, as well as the noble steam bath, massage section and beauty salon, are accessible through the ground floor.

This large organic (natural) open air swimming pool and spacious sun terrace are surrounded by healthy mountainous forests, wild rivers, fresh water springs and the trout pond, all providing you with the ideal balance of relaxation and refreshment.

The Chalet's outside area and garden constitute a combined size of about 8000 square meters, crossed by the former mill stream, the "Doserbach�, and bordered by four additional wild streams and various fresh water springs. The harmonious combination of nature, sun terraces, garden spaces and idyllic retreat areas complete the scenery embraced by the surrounding mountains.

The Chalet is suitable for up to 20 adults and 8 children, but is also available to smaller groups consisting of a minimum of 6 guests.
