There are 16 bedrooms in the main villa and 7 bedrooms in the guest villa. All bedrooms have ensuite bathrooms. The guest villa is located 1 minute walk along pathway.

The Main villa with 16 bedrooms is laid out as 6 separate quarter areas, which allow each group to maintain a certain level of privacy.  These areas were designed so that each room has it's own private balcony and bathroom/shower. 

Area A, rooms are located on the first floor.  Handicap accessible to the pool, deck, lower rooms and two entertainment areas. Bedroom #1 has one king bed and a private bath. Bedroom #2 has one king bed and a private bath

Area B, rooms are located on the first floor.  Handicap accessible to the pool, deck, lower rooms and two entertainment areas. Bedroom #3 has one king bed and a private bath. Bedroom #4 has one king bed and a private bath.

Area C, rooms are located on the second floor and share a balcony, Bedroom #5 has one king bed, one queen bed, and a private bath.  This bedroom connects to bedroom #6 (great for parents that have small children) Ocean View. Bedroom #6 has one king bed and a private bath. No View, Bedroom #7 has one king bed and a private bath.  Ocean View.

Area D, rooms are located on the second floor and face the rock wall on the mountainside of the villa.  Great for late sleepers as they are in the quietest area of the villa. Bedroom #8 has one queen bed and a private bath. Bedroom #9 has one queen bed and a private bath.

Area E, rooms are located on the second floor and have ocean views and individual balconies. Bedroom #10 has one king bed and a private bath. Bedroom #11 has one king bed and a private bath as well as a jacuzzi tub. Bedroom #12 has one king bed and a private bath as well as a jacuzzi tub.

Area F, rooms are located on the second floor and share a balcony. Bedroom #13 has one king bed and a private bath.  This room can connect with bedroom #14.  View overlooks the rock wall and the mountainside. Bedroom #14 has one king bed plus one queen bed and a private bath. View overlooks the pool. Bedroom #15 has one king bed plus one queen bed and a private bath.  View overlooks the pool. Bedroom #16 has one king bed and a private bath.  View overlooks the pool and ocean.

The Guest villa has seven full sized suites. Each suite offers "5-Star" amenities. Luxury bedding for a perfect night's rest. Separate in-suite air conditioning to personalize your in-room comfort. The Fabulous Staff Consists of: Chef, Bartender, Servers, Housekeeping, Maids, Security Guard, Driver, Maintenance, and House Manager.
