MEXICAN ARCHITECT DESIGNED VILLA ON A TRANQUIL ISLAND
Turks & Caicos Villa 9569 is situated on a south shore hilltop with a breathtaking 270 degree views of the sea, nestled in the middle of a private 11 acre estate and surrounded by a lush tropical garden with over 100 trees planted including coconut, royal palm, fruit trees, and a myraid of bushes and flowers like bougainvilleas, jasmine, and frangipani.
A natural stone path provides direct access to the sea. The house was designed by Marco Aldaco, the world famous Mexican architect featured many times in Architectural Digest and many other publications and art books. The villa has 9500 sq ft under roof and 3500 sq ft of open deck space. There are 5 air conditioned bedrooms (3 bedrooms with king size beds, 2 bedrooms with two double beds), each with, shower and bath, walk-in closet, flat screen TV, DVD player, safe and telephone, and private terraces with stunning views of the sea. There are two dramatic infinity pools, cascading into each other. The larger pool has 170 feet of infinity edge (about 3500 sq ft) and is 8.5 feet deep at its deepest end. The smaller pool is 4 feet deep. Preceded by a sculpted volcanic stone fountain, the house has an open living room under a giganctic palapa (thatch roof). A spectacular pergola links the Palapa to an inside living room surrounded by the pool. Antiques from China, Indonesia and Africa together with unique artwork create an elegant though relaxed atmosphere. Among the many pleasures of this villa is the encounter of many beautiful private areas where one can sit and relax in total privacy. There is a formal inside dining room that can accommodate up to 16, there is also a covered and peaceful outside dining area as well. The villa comes complete with an office, offering a computer (internet access) and fax. Both the living room and the office have their own bathroom (for a total of 7 bathrooms). The entire house enjoys very high ceilings. Reservation includes staff of cook, gardener, and 2 maids, and a caretaker couple lives on-site in a separate staff house. Everyday, the guests can enjoy the fresh fruits and herbs harvested on the estate. The house comes also with 2 private diving instructors and a private boat to reach the deserted white sand beaches of Turks and Caicos (3 boat trips per week are offered in your rental). The villa has its own fresh water making plant. Completely private and gated, the villa has its own security alarm system. There is private and direct access to the sea located just 5 meters from the villa down a private path. Golf course nearby located 10 minutes away.
