The estate of Tobago Villa 7483 inhabits it's own world.

Each of it's 14 villas are spacious, private and exclusive.

This estate adjoins the Caledonia Wildlife Sanctuary, Tobago's most famous nature park, with it's forest trails and afternoon bird feedings.

Situated on the tranquil west coast of Tobago, above one of the island's finest beaches, offering 14 private villas that occupy 9 1/2 acres of land.

The villas were designed in an elegant 18th Century French Plantation style by the renowned Mustique based architect Arne Hasselquist.

Each villa is 3,700 sq ft and has four air-conditioned bedrooms. There are 3 main guest bedrooms each of which has its own bathroom and private balcony. As well as a single bedroom with ensuite bathroom good for single child or staff member.

The Bedrooms are large with air condition and ceiling fans. Offering either old fashioned King, Queen, or 2 Twin size beds.

Each bedroom has extremely large bathrooms with double vanities and lots of closet space.

Each bedroom has a private verandah, offering you a spectacular hillside view of the Caribbean Sea and gorgeous sunsets.

Each villa also has it's own "infinity" style small plunge pool.

The kitchen is fully equipped with the finest modern fittings and includes a dishwasher, refrigerator, toaster, mixer, microwave, coffee maker and complete set of crockery and cutlery.

All of the furniture is traditional French Plantation style with period style beds, couches, and Berbice chairs.

A washer and dryer are provided in the laundry area and a security safe is installed in each villa.

Downstairs offers an Entrance foyer, guest powder room, kitchen, living room, dining room, mahogany buffet, large verandah, outdoor deck with lounging and dining areas and infinity pool with fabulous view.

There is 1 guest bedroom with ensuite bathroom on the ground floor.

Also on the ground floor is a laundry area, wash sink, ironing board and iron, and a small additional single bedroom with attached bathroom.

Upstairs offers 2 bedrooms each with ensuite bathrooms and a balconies.

During your stay at the villa, you will receive such complimentary services as your own personal housekeeper who will prepare your meals for you, Breakfast is complimentary, while lunch and dinner can be prepared at a small charge. Your villa attendant sees that every need is quietly and efficiently looked after.

You will receive a welcome drink on arrival; along with a flower arrangement and fresh fruit basket.

Your villa will be cleaned every day, and provided with fresh linen and towels (including beach/pool towels).

If you need someone to babysit, or to show you the best places to shop, the reception is ready to help.

And if you feel like touring, or taking a cruise or learning to scubadive, everything will be arranged for you.

Transfers to and from the airport with car or Jeep rental can be arranged.

Secure and well protected, the estate offers the shared facilities of a beautiful Clubhouse where guests can meet each other and enjoy relaxing at the cocktail lounge, with it's exclusive range of Caribbean specialty, all day casual dining, and fine dining in the evening.

The Clubhouse offers excellent facilities for corporate and family entertaining - small conferences and retreats, weddings, private dinners and receptions.

The property bounds on one side to the Caledonia Wildlife Sanctuary and is a few minutes drive to the Mount Irvine Golf Course.

Weddings are wonderful here, in Tobago a 3 day residence will be needed to get your marriage license. The willing staff can assist you with this. The staff can also take care of all the special arrangements required for a personalized tropical wedding, as requested by the bride.
