Saint Lucia Villa 20528 is a breathtaking home in Cap Estate with four bedrooms and spectacular views of the Caribbean Sea where a family or friends traveling together can find a place to stay, relax and enjoy.

After extensive renovations last year all four bedrooms have been beautifully furnished and have air-conditioning and en-suite bathrooms. Three of these four bedrooms are on one level and the fourth bedroom is on the pool level with a separate entrance. The villa can sleep a maximum of ten people.

Bedroom #1 has a Queen size four poster bed, bedroom #2 has one King size bed, bedroom #3 has two Single Beds and bedroom #4 has one King size bed, can be made into 2 singles.

The kitchen is equipped with all a cook could wish for. Freezer, oven, fridge, grill, microwave, 4 ring stove, washing machine, clothes dryer. Our concierge can pre-stock the villa for you, if needed, and you can arrive to a fully stocked kitchen and bar and do not have to go shopping on your first night but can sit down and relax after a long day of traveling.

The pool has a gate to the upstairs rooms to make sure children are safe.

There is a cable TV with 50 channels, a DVD player, Internet access, an alarm system. 2 cribs and one high chair for the children.

There is a housekeeper twice a week; gardener/pool attendant twice a week; concierge by appointment; cook available upon request

Recommended: Transfers from airport and rental car delivered to villa (even though the beach is in walking distance a rental car makes getting around much easier but taxi service is also available)
