The villa has been finished and furnished to a high standard and comprises 3 air-conditioned bedrooms for up to six guests with ceiling fans, 3 luxury bathrooms (2 en-suite), large living/dining room with ceiling fans; fully equipped kitchen and laundry room.

Bedroom 2- upstairs, the twin-beds but can be made up as a king-size double if needed, ensuite bathroom, A/C and ceiling fan.
Bedroom 3- downstairs, twin beds, A/C and ceiling fan; bathroom down the hall.
All rooms and the deep terrace running the length of the property have sea views.
The large pool has a 15m (45FT) lap-lane plus recreational area and the generous pool deck has a bar area for poolside dining.

The rental rate includes maid service three times a week; pool and garden are taken care off on a weekly basis.
