Within the property are three separate houses with a total of 5 bedrooms, each with it’s own bathroom.

The main house sits up above the cove overlooking the ocean. On the front of the house facing the cove is a large open veranda that has a lounging area and the main dining room. This dining area looks across the cove at the night-lit cliffs on the far side.

Also in this main house is a kitchen, one bedroom, a bathroom and the sitting room with a sleeper couch, TV, VCR and stereo. There is also an outdoor pool table.

The second house sits nestled on a hill among the coconut trees. It has a bedroom with two twin beds, a bathroom, a kitchenette and a porch with a spectacular view of the sea, where you can view the passing ships.

The third house is next to a freshwater swimming pool, just by the ocean. Upstairs, in this house, are two separate suites each with two twin beds, a bathroom, a kitchenette and a large adjoining balcony which overlooks the pool and the ocean. Downstairs is another bedroom suite with bathroom, kitchenette and a patio adjoining the pool.

A fresh water swimming pool sits just feet from the ocean side.

St Lucia Villa 1302 comes fully staffed with maid and cook services.

The beach has “pebbly stones” with patches of sand. The center of the cove has a sandy bottom and surrounding the cove are rock cliffs some with caves that you can swim or kayak through. There are 3 kayaks available at the villa for your use.

The snorkeling in and around the cove is interesting with all its tropical fish, sea fans, sponges and out further are some rocky reefs.

We can arrange all water activities, diving and snorkeling, boat rentals and tours, day trips, as well as mountain climbing, nature hikes, rentals of all terrain vehicles to plummage through the forest.

Located beside the property is the Bromeliad Forest which is worth exploring.
